GreenNews:- Angelina Jolie Back In Iraq To Help Displaced Families
Angelina Jolie has returned to Iraq — this time on a day trip to bring attention to the more than 3 million people displaced within the country (and 1.5 million outside). The trip is the third to Iraq for the 34-year-old actress, who last year with husband Brad Pitt donated $1 million to four organizations working on behalf of children who have lost parents, homes and schools in the war-torn country.
She spoke to the locals, saying, “,I want to come back and find you in a better place and in a different situation. We hope that UNHCR and the government will support you in getting a piece of land. You need help not because you are poor, but because you are the future of Iraq.,
